Our Complete Care Package

All property marketing will be conducted online through www.whitecoast.es and top holiday property rental portals such as VRBO, AirBnb, Tripadvisor and many more. We will also feature your property on Facebook and Instagram campaigns throughout the year.

All photographs, descriptions, and social media campaigns are included. In addition when required, premium advertising, special offers on White Coast and other websites can be created. (There may be additional charges for some of these premium services such as spotlight coverage or enhanced photo options on 3rd party portals.)

We will act as your booking agent throughout and keep you immediately informed of enquiries and bookings as they happen, and handle all aspects of your property and client care:-

    ✔  Client first contact through email or telephone, with securing your booking our main objective.
    ✔  Taking deposits and final payments on your behalf.
    ✔  Setting up contracts, payment schedules, and booking conditions for the clients.
    ✔  Monthly payments to your international or Spanish bank accounts with no bank charges.
    ✔  Keeping easily understood financial reports that are emailed regularly.
    ✔  Sending out booking information, directions and invoices to your clients.
    ✔  Prompt payments usually within 7 days of departure.
    ✔  Meeting and greeting all clients. Prior to all new arrivals, we will air the property; turn on lights, air conditioning/heating as required. We will meet them at the property, familiarise them with alarms, TV, appliances etc, and issue them with the required sets of keys and our contact details.
    ✔  Provision of a standard welcome pack. (Special, luxury packs also available).
    ✔  Changeover cleaning and laundry. The property will be thoroughly cleaned following departures. This will include a full clean to all the rooms. Cleaning of appliances including fridge-freezer inside and out, cooker and hob, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, strip beds and replace with fresh linen. We will replace toilet rolls & kitchen towels and remove all rubbish from the property. Patios and terraces will be swept, jet washed when necessary and outside furniture cleaned. All bedding, towels, tea towels will be laundered.

This complete management package is charged at 25% + IVA of the total gross weekly rental charge.

We cover all areas of Javea, Benitachell, Moraira and inland to Gata De Gorgos.

Our Property Management package gives you peace of mind while we take care of your home.

We will visit your property on a weekly basis and will check the following:

  • Gas and electricity supplies
  • Alarm systems and entry points
  • Check water supply, flush toilets and run taps
  • Inspect for damp and mould
  • Check for vermin and infestation
  • Water indoor and balcony plants
  • Notification of any required maintenance and provision of written estimates
  • Ensure property is secured following completed check
  • Additional inspections will be made following severe weather conditions

Keyholding

Your keys will be held securely and made available on request to owners, guests, and clients.

Dependeng on the size of the property, we will require at least 2 sets of keys. One set will always be kept by us and the other set will be for guests.

Accepting and checking deliveries

As part of our service, we will accept and verify any deliveries or tradespeople that come to your property during our office hours, which are from 9am to 6pm. This includes ensuring that the correct items have been delivered and that the tradesperson is authorised to work on your property.

We set aside one hour each month to attend to these tasks, ensuring that they are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Please note that out of office hours, our standard hourly rate of €25.00 will apply and you will be charged accordingly.

Mail collection and forwarding

Our team will make regular visits to your address or mailbox to collect your mail, and, if required, we will forward it to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Repairs, tradesmen and property maintenance

We have access to a local network of professional tradespeople and specialists to help you keep your property in perfect condition.

We will attend the property and deal with any non emergencies at an agreed point during office hours; for example dealing with minor problems with appliances, lost keys, minor health issues, dealing with local authorities.

Itemised inventories

At your request we can compile a list of furniture, electrical items, kitchen equipment etc, throughout your property. We carry out quality checks between bookings, this means you do not have to worry about your home.

Especially useful for properties that are being rented on long or short term lets.

Local information brochure

A short guide will be left in the property and replaced when necessary. An up to date listing of local restaurants, bars, attractions, shops, emergency numbers, doctors and pharmacies.

The guide will be updated every 6 months.
