If you own a holiday home or property in the Javea or Moraira area, White Coast Property Management Services can help you in maintaining your property and keeping it secure while you are away.

Our annual property management contract will offer you peace of mind and give you access to cost-effective services tailored to your needs. From regular property inspections to emergency call-out services, we have got you covered.

Our Pricing

Our complete management package is charged at 25% + IVA of the total gross weekly rental charge.

At White Coast Property Management, we offer competitive rates that are more affordable than any other company in the area.
What's Included:
    1. Online Marketing: We conduct all property marketing online through our website, www.whitecoast.es, and popular holiday rental portals like VRBO, Airbnb, and Tripadvisor. Additionally, we feature your property on Facebook and Instagram campaigns throughout the year.
    2. Photographs, Descriptions, and Campaigns: All photographs, descriptions, and social media campaigns are included. We also offer premium advertising and special offers on White Coast and other websites when required. Additional charges may apply for premium services.
    3. Booking Agent Services: We act as your booking agent, keeping you immediately informed of enquiries and bookings. We handle all aspects of client care, including:
      • First contact with clients via email or telephone to secure bookings.
      • Handling deposits and final payments.
      • Setting up contracts, payment schedules, and booking conditions.
      • Monthly payments to your international or Spanish bank accounts with no bank charges.
      • Providing easily understood financial reports regularly via email.
      • Sending out booking information, directions, and invoices to clients.
      • Prompt payments usually within 7 days of departure.
    4. Client Arrival Services: We meet and greet all clients, air the property, turn on lights, air conditioning/heating as required, familiarize them with alarms, TV, appliances, etc., and issue them with the required sets of keys and our contact details.
    5. Welcome Pack Provision: We provide a standard welcome pack, with special or luxury packs also available.
    6. Changeover Cleaning and Laundry: Thorough cleaning following departures includes cleaning all rooms, appliances, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, stripping beds, replacing with fresh linen, replacing toilet rolls and kitchen towels, removing all rubbish, sweeping patios and terraces, jet washing when necessary, and cleaning outside furniture. All bedding, towels, and tea towels will be laundered.
