A little slice of Heaven

We have recently returned from a four-weeks holiday staying in Casa Mirador. The villa is in a wonderful private location overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Casa Mirador is spacious and very comfortable . It has an elegance of a bygone Spanish era with vaulted ceilings, with marble floors throughout the property. The house has been recently refurbished and is spotlessly clean. There are three bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. The beds are extremely comfortable with memory-foam toppers. There is air conditioning in each bedroom. The kitchen has new appliances which includes a dishwasher, washer dryer, hob and oven and a fridge freezer. There is an Nespresso coffee machine and a blender, (for my smoothies). The lounge has a comfortable sofa unit and a day bed. There is gas central heating throughout, and we found it very comfortable and easy to control. There is excellent wifi and a new large plasma screen, smart TV, with numerous channel selections. Outside there is a large recreational area with wrap around gardens which are private and not overlooked. The sea view from here is breathtaking!!!! Patio furnishings, bbq, and sun loungers are new and comfortable. The booking and communications with Louise and Dean of White Coast Properties was excellent. We were met warmly by Louise who had prepared the villa for us and provided us with a welcome pack of provisions. She walked us through the house and explained the facilities and how to operate them. This is the second time we have rented using White Coast Properties, and would have no hesitation of using them in the future. This villa definitely has the ‘wow-factor’ and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very sad to say goodbye.

Great property: modern, clean and well maintained. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom which is convenient. A pretty big landplot with a lawn and pine trees, great for kids. Unlike many other villas, there is sufficient heating to feel warm enough during winter months. The views over the sea are amazing!

The property was in very good condition with the most beautiful views overlooking the ocean. The villa was clean and well maintained with everything in very good working order. If we were to be there in the hotter months, we would definitely require air conditioning but would definitely return to visit. The service we received from Dean and his co-workers was excellent and would highly recommend this Villa for rental.

Superb Villa

We had 10 days of vacation with friends, we were 6. The house was beautiful, exactly the same as seen in the photos. No bad surprises. Louise and Dean, the managers of this villa are adorable, helpful, and you can ask them anything you want. The interior is spacious, everything is provided (linens, towels and pool) and you even have a small gift of food and drink on entering. The exterior is sumptuous and the view is to die for. Take care, however, to 2 small details: - The price is a bit expensive compared to what is practiced in Spain (especially since the city of Javea is not the most attractive, and that the house is located 1:30 of Valencia on one side and 1:30 of - The house is not air conditioned. The fans have been installed, work very well but are a little noisy. Other than that, the place is perfect (if you are not more than 7 people).
