All owners who own a holiday home, or a property not occupied all year round, should consider our annual property management contract.

If you own a holiday home or property in the Javea or Moraira area, White Coast Property Management Services can help you in maintaining your property and keeping it secure while you are away.

Our annual property management contract will offer you peace of mind and give you access to cost-effective services tailored to your needs.


From regular property inspections to emergency call-out services, we have got you covered.

Property management with White Coast Property Management

Our Property Management Package

Giving you peace of mind while we take care of your home.

We will visit your property on a weekly basis and will check the following:

    ✔ Gas and electricity supplies
    ✔ Alarm systems and entry points
    ✔ Check water supply, flush toilets and run taps
    ✔ Inspect for damp and mould
    ✔ Check for vermin and infestation
    ✔ Water indoor and balcony plants
    ✔ Notification of any required maintenance and provision of written estimates
    ✔ Ensure property is secured following completed check
    ✔ Additional inspections will be made following severe weather conditions

Secure keyholding

The keys will be held in a safe place and will be made available to owners, guests and clients upon request. We will require three sets of keys.

White Coast Property Management keyholding service

1 Hour of attendance for deliveries and tradesmen.

We will attend any deliveries or tradesmen working on your property in office hours (9am – 6pm) for 1 hour per month.

Mailbox monitoring

We will regularly visit your address or private mailbox on your behalf and forward your mail to you, if required.

Mail collection and forwarding

Office hours non-emergency call outs

We will attend the property and deal with any non emergencies at a point agreed during that day. For example minor problems with appliances, lost keys, minor health issues, and problems with local authorities.

Repairs, tradesmen and property maintenance

Property inventory

We can compile a list for your information on request.

Itemised inventories

This Property Management Package is charged at 

€680.00 per annum (561.98+IVA)

All contracts are signed for 12 months, but we offer payment terms in advance by quarterly or yearly bank transfer.
