Understanding Reservation Policies

Before making a reservation, it is important to understand the terms and conditions, including minimum stay requirements, payment policies, and cancellation policies. At White Coast, we strive to offer flexibility and transparency.

Our minimum stay requirements vary depending on the property and the season. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the final payment due 30 days before check-in. We have a specific cancellation policy for all our properties with a full refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it's important to note that reservation payments are non-refundable unless the property can be re-rented and that all guests should have adequate travel insurance.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Once you have booked your holiday, we will provide you with detailed check-in and check-out procedures. At White Coast, we aim to make the check-in process seamless.

• Check-in time is 16.00, allowing our team to prepare the property for your arrival.
• You will receive the necessary information, such as alarm codes, Wi-Fi access, and the property address, by email 7 days before your arrival.
• Upon arrival, one of our team members will welcome you, give you a tour of the house, and answer any questions you may have.
• Check-out time is 10.00, and we kindly ask that you follow the specified procedures to ensure a smooth departure.

We will be flexible where possible and assist guests with earlier arrival and departure times where possible.
