Villa Almanecer is a fantastic villa suitable for a large family or group, on a quiet cul-de-sac close to La Caleta and only 7 minutes drive from Javea's Arenal main beach area. The villa provides flexible accommodation with 3 double bedrooms and a childrens room with triple bunk-beds in the main villa. To the rear of the villa is a wonderful self contained annex with a double sofa bed, modern galley kitchen and its own entrance, meaning it is separate but also part of the main villa. Ideal for an older teenager or a couple of any age wanting their own space. At maximum capacity the villa comfortably accommodates 8 adults and 3 children age 3 - 14.

The main villa is accessed from the electric gates and driveway with secure parking for 3 cars. You access through pool side and into the main open plan living / kitchen / dining. A fantastically well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, convection hob, coffee machine and all the utensils you could hope for. The living room has dining for 6 and 2 more stools at the breakfast bar with a large comfy sofa ideal for a cosy movie night. The TV has a full set of English and European channels as well as Spanish  digital freeview.

From the main living area you access the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the side is the door to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom and up the short flight of steps to the rear of the living room you access the second double bedroom and the childrens bunk bed room; also on this level is the family bathroom.  The final bedroom can be found to the opposite side of the living room near the kitchen. All the bedrooms and the open living area benefit from hot and cold air conditioning

The annex is accessed via a separate entrance to the right of the main driveway and leads to its own private breakfast courtyard with giant parasol, kitchen, wardrobe, shower room and good quality double sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning.

The pool side is equally well equipped with 8 sun loungers and parasols as well as casual dining for 8 and a further dining table for 6. Guests have use of a large gas BBQ and for fun evenings an outdoor pool table is provided.

You can walk from the villa to la Caleta in 10 minutes and there are a number of bars, restaurants and cafes in walking distance although it is a fairly major road for some of the walk. You can drive to the arenal or Porticholl beaches in 7 minutes. The villa is in a fantastic central location for Supermarkets with Saladar mini market only 3 minutes away and Consum supermarket 5 minutes away.

This villa is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed.

Linen and bath / hand towels / pool towels are provided free of charge.

Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be done weekly on request.

Golf: Within 20 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 10 minutes drive along the Montgo road near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis courts. Within a45 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.

Denia and Oliva to the north of Javea have some of the most spectacular long uninterrupted beaches with golden sand and even in the height of summer plenty of open space. Just outside Denia at Ondara there is the large, late night shopping centre of La Marina with boutique stores and a multi screen cinema for the kids.
