Los Colores is a fabulous, traditional villa with majestic valley views from the Montgo mountain above Javea. Los Colores sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and a further 3rd bedroom with 2 singles. The master double benefits from an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and all the bedrooms have hot and cold air-conditioning. All the bedrooms are on one level with a newly refurbished family bathroom consisting of a full bath and shower.
Along the hallway on the same level, you enter the large living room and dining room with space for 6 people comfortably. The living room has a large ceiling fan to keep you cool and leads directly out to the "naya" or covered terrace with more comfortable seating, a further dining area and views across the pool area, large Mediterranean garden and the valley beyond. The naya also benefits from sun awnings to keep the strong midday sun out and the house cooler throughout.
Adjacent to the naya there is another terrace outside with dining for 6 people with sunshade a gas BBQ and more fabulous views. Below and down a short run of steps you get to the 8m x 4m pool and sun deck with 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols. The pool area is completely private and has a further shower for guests to use.
Surrounding the villa is 2000m of gardens with plenty of space for the kids to pay football or hide and seek. The drive has more than enough space for up to 4 cars to park securely off road.
Los Colores is an exceptional villa that has been recently refurbished and is perfect for guests to enjoy both Javea and Denia which are around 15 minutes’ drive from the house.
Golf: Within 5 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Javea golf club, between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 30-minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes’ drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal-clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards and has won a number of international awards.
