Buenavista is set above Javea on the Montgo mountain and national park with spectacular views of the valley below and mountain behind. A unique holiday villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, multiple terraces, solar pool heating and solar hot water along with easy access to both Denia and Javea with both within 15 minutes drive.
The villa is set in 2000m2 of mediterranean gardens and paths with a large pool terrace and adjacent charcoal BBQ and fabulous family dining area. The upper level of the property is made up of a super modern luxury kitchen with large island, 2 ovens, dishwasher and large american style fridge. The open plan kitchen leads into the long family living room and dining area with 55 inch flat screen TV and full satellite TV package with English, Dutch, German, and French channels. All the upper 3 bedrooms are set off the living room area. There is a master king size with en suite full bathroom, a twin with a modern shower room next door and a further double with a large en suite shower. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are super comfortable and fitted to a high standard with hot and cold air-conditioning and plenty of wardrobe storage.
To the rear of the upper living room is a walled terrace with 2 sun-loungers, parasol and a lounge dining are for 8 people, along with spectacular views of the mountain. To the front of the upper living area is the main "naya" or terrace with glass curtains running the whole 20m length and with uninterrupted views of the valley, towns below and mountains on the horizon. Possibly one of the best views in Javea by day and night. If you are lucky and stay early August you will be treated to fireworks displays in the valley. The naya has a further dining area for 8 - 10 people and a sofa. and chairs. The naya also benefits from a SONOS soundsystem.
The lower level of the villa has a double door and entrance hallway leading to the main living area with a further flat screen TV and full satellite channels in English only. This living room benefits from huge sliding windows to take in the view and the breeze but also has air-conditioning. Behind the living room is a further twin room with en suite shower room and ceiling fan. This bedroom is connected to the living room via an internal sliding window and allows the air-conditioning to flow between the rooms.
Off the hallway to the right you will find another large bedroom with king size bed, air-conditioning and a full en suite bathroom. The lower level also has a desk and study with printer for those guests who have to work while staying, we also provide a large number of family board games and books, as well as a portable bluetooth speaker.
The lower level also has a small galley kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, sink and coffee machine, this is great when you are using the BBQ as it is only a few steps away from the dining area.
You can walk straight out of the lower level double doors to the pool side and that great view. The pool is 8m x 4m with roman steps and sunloungers with parasols. There is also a full shower and WC adjacent to the pool.
The property also benefits from the option to have the pool heated between October 1st and May 31st on top of the solar system at additional cost.
There is a lower terrace in the garden with chairs, sun beds and a table tennis table.
There is parking for 3 cars, a full security alarm and close circuit TV for the cars and rear of the property.
Golf: Within 5 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Javea golf club, between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 30 miinute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.
