Casa Christina is only a 1 minute walk to the lively bars, restaurants, nightclubs and attractions, and access to Javea’s famous “Chiringuitos” (Beach bars) only a short 15 minute walk. The apartment enjoys views of the beautiful communal pool and gardens from the large terrace. The apartment is made up of 2 double bedroom with the flexibility to split the double bed into 2 singles in the master, in addition the main living area has a comfortable sofa beds with an option to sleep 3 extra adults. The apartment also benefits from a large, well equipped kitchen ,open plan dining area and lounge, a separate bathroom suite. The apartment entrance is protected with door intercom and has a lift to all floors; the terrace enjoys al fresco dining for 6 with wonderful views of the garden and pool.

The apartment is a comfortable and relaxing environment with everything you could want from a quality holiday retreat. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining and lounge area with 3 comfortable sofas , 37″ flat screen TV / DVD with a UK English SKY TV satellite package and cooling ceiling fans, with access to the terrace through glass sliding doors. The bedrooms all lead off a separate hallway from the main living area; both bedrooms have ceiling fans and wardrobes. The apartment has a secure private parking space available for guests to use. There is an additional fold out single bed for the 7th guest.
Portable air-conditioning units are available on request.

Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location!

The apartment is super, well equipped, bright and modern. The location for the beach, restaurants and bars is perfect. They are a stones throw away yet it is so peaceful. The only minor thing was the air conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge which was not very effective and also no full length mirror. Louise at White Coast was there to meet us and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will be back!

A lovely apartment in a very beautiful setting. Perfect location.

he apartment is very functional and clean and has everything you could need. It is situated in beautiful grounds with a great sized pool. The location couldn't be better with it being 1 minute from a supermarket and 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment complex felt very safe which was great having children/teenagers. Louise and Dean were wonderful and hugely helpful throughout our stay, especially at the beginning when we had an illness in the family. My only wish was that there was air conditioning. The ceiling fans were good but not really enough through the first week heat wave. When there was a breeze it didn't matter that there was no air con but coming from chilly England, we struggled to sleep for a few nights. It was amazing how quickly you get used to a new climate though.

Disfrutamos de la piscina de la playa del Arenal y de los locales cercanos. La urbanización es tranquila y el súper esta cruzando la calle. A nice stay

The location of the apartment can´t be better. A pool at the front and 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, a supermarket and a lot of restaurants, some of them among the best in Javea. The apartment is big enough for 4 people: 2 rooms (2 and 1+1), a big living room and a nice terrace with a view to the garden. We also appreciated the well-equiped kitchen. The only weak point, as always in the touristics buildings in the SE and S coast of Spain is the poor acoustic isolation from the neighbours. Overall, it was a great experience.

grounds and pool are very well taken care of., I have no complaints avout my apartment, excellent location, steps away from the ocean, steps away to a grocery store, this is my second time, and hopefully will be staying in the same place next year., Louise, the manager was most helpful. Pleny of restaurants all walking distance., have recommended this property from some friends from Canada and they loved it., Again a big thank you to Louise.

Perfect location. Great apartment.

Very well resourced apartment. Everything you could need. Home from home. Perfect distance from beach, supermarket and restaurants/bars. We were worried it would be a bit noisy, our boys are 10 and 11, but you really couldn't hear a thing unless sat on the balcony. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Louise was really helpful both before we arrived and after we were in resort. Great resort and perfect apartment.

Ideal base

We stayed in the apartment for the whole of August and loved every minute. I had decided to have a working holiday. This apartment was perfect. I worked every day until 3pm - as an editor, I only needed the laptop (the dongle I purchased locally was cost effective at £40 for the month and gave me no trouble) and I spent the rest of the day exploring the area. Javea is really three towns in one. The Arenal, which is literally 100m from the apartment (although you hear no noise) was perfect for my 15 year old and 19 year old. There are plenty of kids around and no trouble so for my youngest, this was his first summer of freedom. As long as they were together, they could stay out on the beach until the early hours with the other kids and learn how to be a young adult without the dangers he faces in London. Although there are lots of bars and a couple of clubs, Javea is really a family resort and the Arenal is nice and gentle. The beach is stunning. Miles of golden sand, About half an hour's walk away (I don't drive - there is a cost effective bus too) is the Port. Slightly more adult & upmarket, the restaurants & fantastic and the festivals a joy. The English second hand bookshop is wonderful. Buy any book for E4 & when you take it back he will return E1.50. Much better than buying books before you come. The lanes are really pretty, Far more Spanish than the Arenal and a wonderful clean, pebbly beach. In fact Javea is famous for the cleanliness of its beaches and of the air, The 3rd town is the Old Town. Medieval buildings, a fabulous market & a real treat to explore, this is a separate entity to the rest of Javea. Great restaurants mix with history & shops to give you a full day's adventure. You probably should get a bus to this one. We walked & got some very funny looks from the locals when we told them. It was a good hour. The apartment itself was perfectly adequate. The best part is the location. The local supermarket stocks everything you could possibly need including fresh meat, vegetables, fruit and fish.The pool is wonderful. Much bigger than it looks in the picture & I spent a lot of time sitting under the palm tree. The kitchen is a good size & well equipped, as are all the other rooms. However, the washing machine was a bit of a trial - it didn't drain properly (the agent says it will be changed) & the oven a challenge, having a mind of its own. But these were small niggles and we would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great month!
