Description

La Grava is a beautifully appointed, very high standard 2 bedroom apartment with sea views. The location is the best in Javea with the fantastic beachside bars such as Mint, La Siesta, Veleta and Montgo Di Bongo. The apartment is on the first floor of a popular community; located only 5 minutes walk from Javea’s famous Arenal beach and the lively bars, restaurants, nightclubs and attractions, guests also have easy access to Javea’s famous “Chiringuitos” (Beach bars) which are only a minute away. The apartment enjoys views of the large pool and bay, from the balcony terrace you can see the pool and the sea beyond while sipping your favourite evening drink. The apartment is made up of 2 large bedrooms, first a double master with a private quiet balcony and a second double bedroom. The apartment also benefits from a modern, well equipped kitchen ,open plan dining area and lounge, as well as a full spa bathroom with bath and jet shower. The apartment entrance is protected with door intercom and the terrace enjoys al fresco dining with wonderful views. The apartment has free Wi-Fi for guests use and also has UK satellite TV channels.

The apartment is a comfortable and relaxing space allowing a family of 4 to enjoy Javea without the need of a hire car. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining and lounge area with cosy furnishings and a flat screen TV with DVD and air-conditioning. From the open plan lounge you can access the terrace through glass doors. The bedrooms and bathrooms all lead off the hallway from the main living area; both bedrooms have air-conditioning and built in wardrobes. The apartment has private parking in the garage below the apartment for guests to use.

Golf:Within 10 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.

Apartamento limpio y muy bonito, con vistas a la piscina y al mar. Al lado de la zona del Arenal con playa de arena, algunas tiendas y restaurantes. Nos ha gustado mucho y esperamos repetir. Tan sólo hemos echado de menos dos camas individuales en una de las habitaciones en lugar de una de 135 cm que quedaba un tanto estrecha para mis hijas... pero por todo lo demás, fantástico. La atención por parte de la agencia fabulosa, muy amables y dispuestos. Muchas gracias.

Fabulous accommodation and service

Great apartment that has everything you could possibly need equipment wise. Cleaned to a very high standard and very spacious for a holiday let. Fabulous location as a few minutes walk from Arunal beach and a nice walk to the port. We didn't use the on site parking as so easy to park at the beach right opposite. Great grounds and pool. We received excellent service from Dean who emailed and called prior to our stay to confirm details and ask if there was anything specific that we needed in the apartment. Very flexible and accommodating with check in and out times. I will definitely be staying here next time we visit Javea

Met by Louise on our arrival who showed us how to operate the electric gate, electric door to underground car park & showed us around the apartment. Best apartment we have ever stayed in and we have been holidaying in this area for over ten years. Location perfect with only 5 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach and numerous restaurants. Apartment is on the first floor with a short flight of stairs to two bed apartment with third bedroom for owners own use and therefore locked. Large long balcony overlooking the pool and sea front. Table & chairs for outdoor dining and outdoor settee & chair furniture. Small balcony off one of the two double bed bedrooms which gets afternoon sun. Air-con units in all rooms except bathroom. Jacuzzi bath and multi head shower unit was excellent. Home from home with everything required for a relaxing break. This included dishwasher, washing machine, integrated fridge & freezer, integrated oven & grill, microwave, 4 ring electric hob, English channels TV, Wi-Fi, two beach chairs, parasol, beach towels etc.

We first stayed in June 2018 and felt so comfortable in the apartment decided to take a winter rental for 3weeks. The apartment is bright and airy, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds and bedding. Location is excellent and providing you don't mind a walk we walked to Old Town, supermarkets, the port area and of course Arenal beach. Bus stop at Parador if needed. Lovely view of the sea when sitting on the balcony. Use of CD /DVD player would be useful plus for a winter rental a more substantial heater for the lounge. We would definitely return. Booking with Dean and Louise at Whitecoast was a pleasure they were always available if needed.

We absolutely loved our time in this apartment.

The place was spotless and full of all the mod cons. The apartment is perfectly situated with a 2 minute walk to the Arenal area and a 20 minute walk to the port. Communication from the host was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely be back, thank you for a great holiday!

Great location and excellent apartment

We visit family in Javea almost every year. If you want to be close to Arenal as we do, this is perfect. Spacious corner apartment, well equipped kitchen, two decent sized bedrooms, beautiful views. It’s close to the road but barely any traffic noise. Get up early to enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. Negatives: parking is available in the complex, but extremely tight; just park across on the road on the beach side if you don’t want to scrape your car.... If you have older kids or anyone who doesn’t want to share a double bed, not recommended. You also only get one master key, so need to rely upon those inside to buzz you in. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again:)

Fenomenal Estancia

El apartamento está estupendo, nuevo, limpio, grande, todo comodidades. Con parking y piscina. Nos ha gustado mucho. Muy cerca del Arenal, íbamos andando a la playa y paseo, a 5 minutos. La persona q nos recibió muy amable y disponible a flexibilizar el horario en la fecha de salida. Muy recomendable
