Our Property Management package gives you peace of mind while we take care of your home. 

We will visit your property on a weekly basis and will check the following:

Alarm Systems and entry points

Gas and electricity supplies

Check water supply, flush toilets and run taps

Inspect for damp and mould

                                                                             Check for vermin and infestation

Water indoor and balcony plants

Notification of any required maintenance and provision of written estimates

Ensure property is secured following completed check

Additional inspections will be made following severe weather conditions
