Your keys will be held securely and made available on request to owners, guests, and clients.
Dependeng on the size of the property, we will require at least 2 sets of keys. One set will always be kept by us and the other set will be for guests.
As part of our service, we will accept and verify any deliveries or tradespeople that come to your property during our office hours, which are from 9am to 6pm. This includes ensuring that the correct items have been delivered and that the tradesperson is authorised to work on your property.
We set aside one hour each month to attend to these tasks, ensuring that they are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Please note that out of office hours, our standard hourly rate of €25.00 will apply and you will be charged accordingly.
Our team will make regular visits to your address or mailbox to collect your mail, and, if required, we will forward it to you as quickly and securely as possible.
We have access to a local network of professional tradespeople and specialists to help you keep your property in perfect condition.
We will attend the property and deal with any non emergencies at an agreed point during office hours; for example dealing with minor problems with appliances, lost keys, minor health issues, dealing with local authorities.
At your request we can compile a list of furniture, electrical items, kitchen equipment etc, throughout your property. We carry out quality checks between bookings, this means you do not have to worry about your home.
Especially useful for properties that are being rented on long or short term lets.
A short guide will be left in the property and replaced when necessary. An up to date listing of local restaurants, bars, attractions, shops, emergency numbers, doctors and pharmacies.
The guide will be updated every 6 months.
